Peckar & Abramson Attorney Tracey L. Williams Named a 2024 Diversity and Inclusion Champion Finalist

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Tracey L. Williams, Senior Counsel in the firm’s Dallas office, has been named a 2024 Diversity and Inclusion Champion Finalist, by Texas Lawyer and Law.com. This prestigious recognition honors legal professionals for their leadership in creating inclusive environments, supporting underrepresented groups, and promoting diversity within their organizations and the legal community.

The final award recipients will be revealed at the awards ceremony on October 15 at the Arts District Mansion in Dallas. Winners will be selected based on the overall impact of their work, contributions to the legal profession, and their leadership within the community.
About Tracey L. Williams
Tracey is a skilled litigator and has successfully represented contractors, developers, owners and subcontractors in Texas and Oklahoma during all phases of the construction process and thereafter. She assists clients in managing project risk through effective contractual risk allocation and counsels clients in construction matters involving contract disputes, mechanic’s and materialman’s liens, bond claims, construction defects, and other construction-related claims. In addition to construction law, Tracey has extensive experience in creditor’s rights and commercial collections.
Tracey received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she graduated cum laude. She earned her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now known as the Texas A&M University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of Law Review.
