Peckar & Abramson’s offices nationwide will be hosting Peer Conference’s on the changes in the contract documents published by the American Institute of Architects (AIA). At the end of April 2017, AIA is planning to release its decennial updates to the standard form of agreement A101, A102, A103, A104 (previously A107), A105, A201 General Conditions and A401 Sustainable Projects Exhibit as well as revised agreements between the Owner and Architect and the Owner and Consultants. The Peer Conferences will provide an in-depth and interactive discussion of the changes including, but not limited to, notice requirements, digital data and BIM, liens, claims and disputes, schedules, design, insurance and more.
