Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to welcome the newest member of its growing Texas offices with the arrival of Stephen E. Irving, an accomplished labor and employment attorney with decades of experience in construction law.

About Stephen Irving
Stephen is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He specializes in safety and health compliance (OSHA, MSHA), wage and hour compliance (FLSA), employment discrimination, harassment, employee injury, disability, leave and union avoidance. Stephen’s addition to our firm bolsters P&A’s support of clients in the State of Texas and around the nation. His experience includes employment litigation, including individual and class claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, defamation, non-compete violations, and wrongful discharge. Additionally, Stephen provides real-time guidance and counseling to employers in connection with employment concerns, and he assists companies with the preparation of employee manuals and policy documents. Stephen also delivers valuable trainings covering compliance with state and federal laws governing the employer/employee relationship.
