Peckar & Abramson, P.C. Partners Named Fellows of Construction Lawyers Society of America

Partners Paul G. Monte and Neal I. Sklar, of Peckar and Abramson, P.C.(P&A), have been selected as Fellows of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). The CLSA describes itself as is an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields.
Paul Monte is Co-Managing Partner of P&A’s New York office. Paul has 30 years of experience in construction, public contract and infrastructure law. He has extensive trial, arbitration and appeals experience, successfully prosecuting and defending complex multi-million-dollar disputes. He also has significant transactional and project support experience on cutting-edge infrastructure projects, including design-build and public-private partnership (P3) projects.
Neal Sklar is a Partner in P&A’s Miami office. His primary area of practice is focused on the representation of general contractors, construction managers and infrastructure contractors in a variety of construction related matters. These matters include providing counsel on state and federal government projects as well as P3s involving transportation, commercial, heavy and social infrastructure, energy and multifamily residential projects.
