Rothberg, Senior Counsel Jonathan Scott Miles and Associate Ian Fullington.

Mr. Miles’ experience includes advising clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and corporate concerns, particularly in the construction and energy sectors. Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Mr. Miles served as Corporate Counsel for The Brock Group and as Vice President and General Counsel for Houston’s Wolfcreek Group. In these roles, he negotiated significant contracts, resolved business disputes, and managed claims and litigation, and was responsible for the development of risk management strategies and corporate governance.

Timothy Matheny, Co-Managing Partner for Texas and based in the firm’s Dallas office, discussed the arrival of Ian Fullington, “Ian is a talented leader who serves as Chair of the Dallas Young Lawyers Division of the Texas State Bar and has immersed himself in the broader Texas construction industry through his affiliation in TEXO and other important industry organizations.
