P&A is the only US firm among a top five list of international construction firms, based on the total number of recognized attorneys per firm. P&A also has the largest total number of US construction attorneys recognized overall and eight times the number of recognized construction attorneys in North America than any other firm in the publication’s top ten list.  Among the list is Denis Serkin, partner and chair of P&A’s International practice, who is one of only four US attorneys recognized in the “Future Leaders” category.

WWL reports that the publication, a global directory, “provides in-depth analysis to the world’s elite construction lawyers.” According to WWL, attorneys are selected “for their outstanding experience and expertise” and are chosen based on “interviews with leading members of the legal community around the world, including private practice and in-house lawyers, arbitrators, judges, consulting experts and academics” as well as peer review and feedback.
