Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense attorney Robert Bell has joined the firm’s New York office as Senior Counsel.

Bell has represented public and privately held companies in highly-regulated industries in complex civil litigation matters and white collar criminal investigations, regulatory and administrative proceedings.

Bell has experience representing various corporate and individual clients in relation to a variety of government regulatory and enforcement matters, including advising clients with respect to investigations into alleged violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Bell also provides clients with crisis response and real-time legal advice and support during government investigative activities.
