Super Lawyers® Names Richard Briansky to 2023 Massachusetts Super Lawyers List

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Richard E. Briansky, a partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Boston office, has been selected to the 2023 Massachusetts Super Lawyers® list. According to the publication, the list is “exclusive, recognizing no more than five percent of attorneys in each jurisdiction as Super Lawyers.”

P&A previously announced that 55 attorneys had been named to the 2023 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists in the firm’s other locations – Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington, DC.

Super Lawyers states that its process involves the selection of attorneys using a “patented multiphase selection process combining peer nominations and evaluations with independent research,” and that “each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.” They state that selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. According to Super Lawyers, their objective is to create a credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. Regarding its Rising Stars category, Super Lawyers states that eligibility for inclusion requires that a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
About Richard Briansky
Rich Briansky is a partner in P&A’s Construction & Infrastructure and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices. His extensive experience includes representing general contractors and other parties litigating and trying complex construction, real estate, and general commercial disputes. For many clients, Rich also serves as “in-house” counsel, advising GC/CMs and other businesses in order to achieve their strategic business goals. In addition, Rich’s practice extends to real estate litigation and representation of corporate clients and developers in general commercial litigation matters.
Rich is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Maine, and the State of Vermont, and he is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, NAIOP, and the AGC of MA. He earned his B.A. from Clark University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
