Susan Elliott Moderates Panel At American Bar Association Meeting

Susan Elliott, an Associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, moderated a panel at the American Bar Association Public Contract Law section’s Annual Meeting in New York on August 11, 2017. The panel session titled, CLE: Construction Issues in Federal Leasing, focused on construction issues and disputes that can arise when the General Services Administration enters into a lease with a commercial landlord for space to house a Federal agency, including the build-out and improvement of the leased facilities.
