Timothy D. Matheny, a partner in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office spoke at the 29th Annual Construction Law Conference sponsored by The Construction Law Foundation of Texas and the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. The conference was held on March 3-4, 2016 at The La Cantera Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Matheny spoke at a morning session on March 3, 2016 titled “To Bid or Not To Bid, That is the Question”. The discussion focused on an update of Texas public procurement statutes and survey of problems and pitfalls for the construction practitioner.
