Timothy Matheny, a partner in the firm’s Dallas office, spoke at the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Southwest Regions 12th Annual Conference on May 5-6, 2016 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Matheny’s presentation titled, “2016 Legislative Update: Alternative Project Delivery Methods for Public Works Contracts” discussed current legislative authority, to include any recent legislative changes, for use of alternative project delivery methods for public works contracts in the five state southwest region to include: Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
