$100 million rehabilitation project of a health care facility

P&A represented the construction manager on a $100 million rehabilitation project of a health care facility for the Federal Government. The representation includes contract administration advice, preparation of claims against the owner in excess of $25 million, pursuit of termination damages against a defaulted subcontractor in excess of $35 million, and defense of subcontractor claims.
